Claims

InsuranceStaffing.com is an insurance-specific recruiting and staffing agency operating since 1991. Our client, a leading P&C insurance carrier, is looking for a Senior Claims Representative to handle First and Third-Party Bodily Injury claims across Personal and Commercial Lines through the Independent Agent channel. - Coverage analysis across Excess and Primary policies, including UM/UIM, TNC, Commercial, and Umbrella exposures
- Direction of outside vendors including field, counsel, and surveillance to bring claims to conclusion efficiently
- Reserve accuracy, establishing and revising reserves as claims develop
- Fraud awareness and timely SIU referrals on suspicious claims
- Subrogation identification and recovery
- Negotiations directly with injured parties and attorneys on both first and third-party claims
- Litigation representation at arbitrations, depositions, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials
- Case summary prep for significant reserve increases and trial alerts, including roundtable participation
