Remote arrangements may be considered for experienced agents with a strong record of telephone sales production.
Sell in Multiple States
Our agents speak with consumers in states across the country.
You do not need to already hold licenses in every state where we sell. We will help qualified agents apply for additional nonresident licenses and coordinate appointments with the insurance companies we represent.
The more states in which you are licensed and appointed, the more incoming call opportunities you may be able to receive.
All licensing and carrier appointments remain subject to state and insurance company approval.
Independent Contractor Position
This is an independent contractor, commission based sales opportunity.
Compensation is based on completed production and is not guaranteed.
Agents are responsible for maintaining their resident insurance license, completing required continuing education, remaining eligible for additional state licenses, and following all applicable laws, carrier rules, and agency procedures.
Earning Potential
This is a high volume sales opportunity for agents who can produce.
An agent who averages approximately one sale every two hours could earn about $480 to $500 during a productive full day under our current compensation structure.
This is a production example, not a promise or guarantee of earnings.
Actual earnings depend on hours worked, completed sales, policy effectuation, cancellations, chargebacks, licensing, call availability, and individual performance.
What You Will Sell
You will sell supplemental health insurance products from established insurance companies such as Heartland National Life, ManhattanLife, American Home Life, United National Life, GTL, and others.
Products may include:
• Hospital indemnity insurance
• Home health care benefits
• Prescription indemnity benefits
• Cancer insurance
• Dental and vision benefits
• Other supplemental and limited benefit insurance products
These are supplemental insurance products. This is not an ACA major medical or traditional Medicare sales position.
Who We Are Looking For
• Active health insurance license, including a 2 15 or 2 40 license
• Strong telephone sales and closing ability
• Experience selling health, life, Medicare, or supplemental insurance preferred
• Comfortable speaking with older adults
• Able to handle a steady flow of incoming calls
• Confident, patient, professional, and personable
• Motivated by production and earning potential
• Coachable and willing to follow a proven sales process
• Dependable and able to maintain consistent working hours
• Eligible to obtain additional state licenses and carrier appointments
• Able to follow carrier rules and compliance requirements
• Someone who contributes to a positive and supportive team environment
You do not need to be aggressive or pushy to succeed here.
You need to listen, build trust, explain the products clearly, and confidently ask for the sale.
This is not a passive customer service position.
