The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for working with our buyers and internal partners to onboard buyers, manage our post-sales processes and improve our overall buyer experience. Sales Support Specialists will also support upstream partners and internal business groups.
This is a hybrid role that requires working at the Lewisville facility 2-3 days a week, Monday through Friday, from 8AM to 5PM.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
- Manage Keeper (client retained inventory) process – complete orders, work with both internal and external partners to facilitate processes, calculate forecasts, work with Ops and clients to prepare SKUs for fulfillment
- Process sales orders, internal orders, and other transactions in Oracle
- Support post-sale processes for buyers – device unlock requests, shipping and other account management activities
- Integrate new buyers into sales and support processes
- Work with internal partners to manage customer-driven inventory requests
- Take ownership of process improvement, working with internal teams to drive simplification and quality
- Support client supplemental sales platform programs and other special projects as needed
- Investigate and troubleshoot system issues and buyer questions related to sales orders
- Review and provide approvals for RMA Requests. Collaborate with Quality Team to improve output
- Assist internal departments with buyer communication (Shipping, Finance, GDO and Compliance) as needed
- Leverage high-quality customer interactions to drive customer loyalty and increased profitability of sales interactions
- Comply with Assurant policies and guidelines
- Communicate with Assurant customers
- Proactively communicate with the Quality, Production, and Shipping teams
- Participate in process documentation efforts for all assigned tasks.
- Crosstrain on key tasks to ensure continuity of customer experience
- Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and reports to support Order Management and Sales Support activities
- Support the Head of AVR Operations and the entire AVR
What are the requirements needed for this position?
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Strong MS Office skill and Intermediate proficiency in Excel
- Strong planning, organization, and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail
- Resilience with the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
- Willingness to work extended hours including nights and weekends when required
- Experience in a sales support or customer service role
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
- Oracle or other ERP experience is preferred
- Experience working with international customers
- Bachelor's Degree
Pay Range
$23.66 - $39.06
