What You'd Be Doing

If you genuinely enjoy helping people and leaving them better off than you found them, this is your kind of work. You'd own escalated or complex customer calls — the ones that need a real problem-solver, not a script. Whether that means digging up an answer fast, walking someone through their options with genuine care, or turning a frustrating situation into a good one, you'd be the reason a customer's experience goes from forgettable to exceptional.

A Typical Day Might Include

• Responding to inbound customer communications
• Researching and resolving customer issues
• Occasionally recommending relevant products or services to existing customers

What You Bring

• An active Property and Casualty license
• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• The ability to learn your product or service inside and out — and explain it clearly
• A strong sense of integrity around protecting members' privacy
• Comfort working independently with a computer, from home

Location Restriction:

Omni CANNOT accept registrations for this contract from GBAs who live in Colorado, Hawaii and Virginia.

• Operating System: Windows 11
• RAM: 4GB
• Processor Speed: 1.60 GHz or higher
• 2 monitors required - min 19 inches
• Apple Computers are not accepted
• Chromebooks, tablets, & mobile devices CANNOT be used

Internet Requirements:

• 10mbps download speed
• 5mbps upload speed
• Hard-Wired connection - NO Wi-Fi
• No Satellite (Starlink, HughesNet, etc) or Mobile Home Internet (T-Mobile, Verizon 5G, AT&T Air etc) service providers accepted.

Expected Earnings Potential:

• Base pay starting at $21.50/hour, plus performance bonus opportunities.
