Job Description

Seeking a dedicated and highly analytical individual to join our organization. This position will be outsourced to our client and be responsible for; data reporting, validation and analysis, preparation of communications and outbound support materials related to the Client's insurance, onboarding and offboarding of properties and management of insurance program enrollment and other support tasks. The ideal candidate will have intermediate to expert skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This role will be to maintain and update our various risk management information systems in support of the insurance renewal process.

Responsibilities:

The Insurance Program Analyst will support the insurance, finance, and technology functions within the Risk Management Department at the Client. The Analyst will perform support tasks including, but not limited to, data reporting, validation and analysis, preparation of communications and outbound support materials related to Client's insurance, onboarding and offboarding of properties and management of insurance program enrollment and other support tasks. The Analyst will also have responsibilities in support of our Risk Accounting function, including submitted insurance billing, reconciling claims for actuarial reporting, managing captive and risk accruals, creating insurance quotes for new properties, and validating exposures data. The Analyst will provide front-line support to insurance program participants by answering questions and escalating concerns to appropriate team members.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years' experience in accounting, finance, data analytics, or related field preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy required
  • Excellent skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office toolset, particularly Excel, Word,

and PowerPoint required

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills needed
  • Familiarity with hospitality or insurance preferred
  • Strong problem-solving, time management, and analytical skills Other Requests:

  • Bachelor's degree or comparable on-the-job experience

Computer Skills Needed to Perform this Job

Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.

Calendar, scheduling, or project management software preferred.

Ticket management experience (ServiceNow, Jira) preferred.

Data visualization experience (Power BI, Excel, Tableau) preferred.

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $60,000 - $80,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
