This role will report into the New York City office on a hybrid cadence.
Position Summary:
Responsible for all the Sales Administrative and operational activities performed in NY & Baltimore. Responsible for the On-Boarding, Off-boarding, training and coordination of the Relationship Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
Knowledge and Experience:
- Can define and explain Lenox's infrastructure (i.e. Lenox, NFP, FAF, MassMutual, MMLIS, LWA, LBIS)
- Can effectively navigate within Lenox, MassMutual, NFP for support/resources
- Has knowledge of the products/services Lenox offers its clients
- Microsoft office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Calendar Management in outlook
- MOSAIC power user
- Insurance product knowledge (life, disability and long term care)
- Concur

Education:
- Bachelors Degree preferred

The base salary range for this position is $53,000-78,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, the skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. The actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
