Your impact as an IT Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative answers to complex business and IT challenges.
- Analyze and document current processes and technologies, contributing through the delivery/integration of new solutions.
- Leverage various datasets for data analysis.
- Create executive level dashboards for operational issues.
- Build a common set of technology capabilities, planning, design, and implementation.
- Organize and coordinate work flow, manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and small projects.
- Facilitate the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders.
- Identify the current and future state business processes.
- Helpthe business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change to support the future.
- Create, analyze, and validate detailed functional specifications.
- Facilitate design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution.
- Deliver elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables.
Daily use of Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization software, among others.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, operating systems, and computer hardware
- Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux operating systems
- Basic knowledge of cloud computing concepts (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) preferred.
- Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and security best practices
- Exposure to databases and SQL
- Basic programming or scripting knowledge (Python, Java, PowerShell, JavaScript, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Qualifications:
- Graduating between Spring 2025 – Summer 2026 with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Education: Graduating with a Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Computer Science, Data Science, or similar concentration
Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $70,000 - $89,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
