As a Bilingual Sales Intern, you will gain hands on experience in a high energy sales environment while building core skills in prospecting, relationship management, and marketing support. This role offers meaningful exposure to real sales activities and the potential to transition into afull-timeSales Associate position.
What You will Do
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach and cold calling
- Support and attend sales events to engage prospective clients
- Assistin developing sourcing and prospecting strategies
- Utilize CRM tools to track activity and support marketing campaigns
- Partner with sales representatives on lead generation efforts
- Contribute to social media strategies to drive engagement and sales growth
What youve got
- Currently pursuing or recently completed anAssociate's or Bachelor'sdegree
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Preferred majors include Sales, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to build rapport andestablishrelationships quickly
- Excellent written, verbal, and analytical communication skills
- Previousexperience in sales, customer service, or client facing roles preferred
- Permanent work authorization in the United States
- Mustresidewithin 30 miles of the Kennesaw, GA office
Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role isdeterminedbya number offactors including skills, experience, education,certificationsand location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market andprovidesan opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factorsset forth inthe compensation plan for the role.
