
Account Executive I, Construction & Infrastructure

Aon is looking for an Account Executive I within our Construction & Infrastructure team
As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting the construction and infrastructure group.
This is a hybrid opportunity requiring you to be in the office on average 2 to 3 days a week.

What the day will look like
Working alongside senior team members, you will help manage and support clients' insurance and risk transfer programs. Your day will include analyzing coverage and costs, preparing insurance market submissions, coordinating with carriers, and comparing program options to develop client recommendations. You will also review contracts, policies, claims, audits, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and provide excellent client service. In addition, you will handle invoicing and other administrative responsibilities while supporting the team with special projects and day-to-day operational needs.

Education
Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years in predominately casualty broking or underwriting environment
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree
- Property and Casualty Insurance license (if not, will be required within six months of employment) ARM, CRIS designation

Pay Transparency Laws
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $107,900 to $140,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
