Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you’ll help clients navigate their options across multiple insurance carriers, providing tailored advice to secure coverage that meets their unique needs. You’ll be responsible for building client relationships, maintaining knowledge of various insurance products, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Compensation:

Base Salary: $60,000 - $85,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs and goals.

Shop across our extensive network of 70+ insurance providers to identify optimal coverage options.

Provide thorough explanations of policy features, terms, and conditions, ensuring clients understand their choices.

Maintain accurate and detailed client records, following company standards for compliance.

Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for all their insurance needs.

Stay informed on industry trends, policy changes, and product updates from various carriers.
Qualifications:

Experience: 2-5 years in the insurance industry, preferably in an independent or multi-carrier agency

Licensure: Active insurance license(s) in relevant lines.

Knowledge: Strong familiarity with personal and/or commercial insurance products and an understanding of comparative shopping within the insurance industry.

Skills:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing excellent client service.

Proven track record of sales and client relationship management.

Ability to analyze and present complex insurance options in a clear, concise manner.

Proficiency in insurance software and CRM systems.
