Overview

As an experienced Sales Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing large data sets and developing data visualizations as it relates to performance management to model regional trends and forecasts across eight Retail regions. You'll find efficiencies in our quarterly, monthly and annual reporting rhythms and provide curated analysis to drive data driven decisions within a timely manner to our sales and senior leadership across all Regions. Your insights will directly impact our revenue generation strategies, helping to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Technical Expertise: Superior knowledge in Excel and data modeling platforms (PowerBI or Tableau); experience with Snowflake database coding is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail and skilled in analyzing data and presenting concise, actionable insights through compelling data stories.
  • Time Management: Able to manage multiple deadlines and reporting rhythms efficiently.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Capable of preemptively identifying and resolving potential errors in reporting based on deep business knowledge.

We are currently open to candidates either already located in Orlando, FL or Cincinnati, OH areas and/or looking to relocate to either of these locations.

What You'll Do

  • Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards to monitor business KPIs and uncover trends for optimizing seller performance and business growth.
  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights across multiple retail regions and verticals. Utilize findings to forecast results and improve business strategies.
  • Analytics Tracking: Monitor key analytics within data sets, identifying and communicating risks, opportunities, and insights related to the sales pipeline and sales data.
  • Strategy Support: Assist in implementing data-driven strategies to enhance revenue streams and overall business performance.
  • User Training: Instruct end users on how to effectively utilize data visualizations and reporting tools, customizing these tools based on their specific needs.
  • Ad-Hoc Assignments: Support organic growth and retention initiatives through various ad-hoc assignments.
  • Process Automation: Identify and implement automation efficiencies in business processes, staying informed about the latest technology trends.
  • Salesforce Experience: Utilize Salesforce for reporting, analytics, and other capabilities. Build and implement Salesforce solutions to meet business and departmental needs.
  • Data Integrity: Perform regular data validation and cleansing activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity across all deliverables.

What You'll Need

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, or a related field (or foreign equivalent).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years as an analyst with experience in sales and growth analytics, preferably within Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and advanced data visualization tools (PowerBI and/or Tableau). Experience with Salesforce CRM for pipeline management and reporting is required.
  • Sales Tech Stack Familiarity: Knowledge of common sales tech tools (e.g., Salesforce, ZoomInfo, miEdge, LinkedIn, Marketo).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
