What the day will look likeOur North America Transaction Solutions team is looking to add an Analyst to our industry-leading Litigation Risk Group, which places insurance to protect parties from exposure to litigation-related risks. This role will have an important and direct impact on the financial results of this dynamic, fast-growing and high-profile business, and you will help empower results for our clients by assisting the brokers in the Litigation Risk Group – each of whom is a former practicing commercial litigator – with all aspects of the insurance placement process, from identifying potential prospects for coverage to actually binding such coverage.
- Support senior brokers on day-to-day deal tasks and other long-term projects
- Prepare analyses for private equity and corporate clients and insurance carrier meetings
- Complete ad-hoc business development and innovation initiatives
- Conduct benchmarking and track economic and market developments
We are looking for a mid-level Analyst to assist the senior team members track and analyze data, support process and deliverables in insurance placements, and ultimately serve in a junior broker capacity. This position will also gain exposure to Representations and Warranties and Tax insurance for a well-rounded career experience across the full M&A solution set.
Skills and experience that will lead to success- 2+ years of professional experience/internships in Finance, Accounting, or Data Analytics
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work collaboratively as a key member of a team and independently with minimal supervision
- Effective presentation, reporting and communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to attain a Broker's License in first year of employment
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent years of industry experience.

Pay Transparency Laws:The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $65,000 to $80,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
