Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

1What Is the Opportunity?
Agencies and brokers are the primary distribution channel of Travelers' insurance products. The Agency Compensation unit supports various incentive programs for this channel. As a member of the Agency Compensation unit, the Sr Consultant is responsible for drafting, issuance, and archiving of various contracts.What Will You Do?
- Responsible for quality assurance for all contracts. Ensures data is correct and contract reflects the agreement accurately by identifying and confirming key points within each contract.
- Works closely with the Agency Compensation team to ensure contract requirements and terms are understood, sends contracts out to agencies via iAgree, or similar platform, and tracks the progress of contracts including execution. Makes sure all necessary approvals are complete ensuring the process is accurate and all approvals have been obtained.
- Ensures all executed contracts are archived into FileNet or similar application.
- Prepare iAgree by loading various documents and/or correspondence to be sent to agencies and brokers. Supports the validation process of what has been loaded. Monitors status of all documents sent through iAgree.
- Prepare activity reports which capture the status of various documents loaded in iAgree, or similar platform.
- Prepare contract reconciliations between iAgree, or similar platform to the contract compensation application used to calculate the payment terms of the contract.
- Assists in the preparation of training materials on iAgree or similar system use.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
- 3+ years managing contracts.
- Experience with iAgree, DocuSign, or similar contract platform, a plus.
- Solid experience with PC software including Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to work in a highly confidential environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
What is a Must Have?
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years' experience working in sourcing, procurement, contract, or related field
