  • Learn the ropes of Personal Lines and what it takes to successfully support the Sales and Service Teams within this line of business.
What You'll Do

  • Assist with binding, quoting, connecting with client for signature requests, rating lines of coverage as needed, and enter client data into system applications.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team.
  • Enter accurate client information into agency management system and exports data as needed.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns on LinkedIn.
  • Reviewing, process, and upload documentation into the agency management system.
  • Manage assorted administrative tasks related to account maintenance, as required.
  • Actively engage in learning; study industry trends. Seeks out self-directed learning to increase industry knowledge.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need

  • Desire to learn & grow with us
  • 1-3 years of insurance experience
  • Strong organization and written/verbal communication skills
  • Efficient prioritization and time management skills
  • Demonstrated customer service focus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar systems, including spreadsheets, email, word processing, and presentation software
