Job Description
Remote Position available in All U.S. States except AK, CA, CO, VT, WYAs a Licensed Under 65 Group Sales Representative, you will help support those in need of Group coverage. You will apply your insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase the customers understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.

As a Licensed Under 65 Sales Representative, youll utilize your in-depth Life and Health Insurance knowledge and sales skills to consult customers 65 years of age and under on the most beneficial Life and Health Plans that best suit their specific needs. Active Life & Health License required
Key Responsibilities:- Calling, presenting, and selling Insurance products across an array of carriers
- Calling on Provided Leads, developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs and market appropriate product and services
- Achieving sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling products
- Establishing client relationships and following up with customers as needed
- Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance products
- Maintaining a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day
- Providing a positive customer experience
This job does not have supervisory duties.
- At least 2years of sales, customer service, or related experience preferred
- Excellent work ethic and adherence to work schedule
- Ability to work independently and hold yourself accountable for your performance while adhering to your work schedule
- Able to navigate multiple computer programs at one time
- Reliable internet with plug-in ethernet/network cable and a dedicated workspace in your home; Allstate will provide all the equipment
- HS Diploma or GED is required
- Telephone and inside sales
- Selling to customer needs
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic

- Ability to close leads and achieve results
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy

- Bilingual (Spanish/English) speakers are needed, however, this is not a requirement
- This position starts at a $15/hr base + Uncapped Commission.
- Average First Year Earnings: $60,0000.00 - $70,0000.00
- Average Second Year Earnings: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00+

Compensation offered for this role is $14.57 - 17.02 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications.The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
