High Net Worth Personal Lines Account Executive

Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Salary: $80,000 – $90,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate client marketing, servicing, risk management, and sales activities for high net worth individuals.
• Handle a book of business, focusing on account retention and resolving complex customer service issues.
• Facilitate significant account expansion and cross-selling opportunities.
• Conduct one-on-one client meetings, prepare and present account summaries, and negotiate new business and renewals.
• Serve as the communication link between producers and the account team.
• Direct day-to-day activities of the account team, ensuring performance requirements and timelines are met.
• Execute a variety of customer service and account management tasks, including policy administration, claims management, and contract review.
• Proactively manage policy expirations and facilitate renewals.
• Deliver excellent customer service, anticipating needs, and responding promptly to service requests.
• Continuously seek to improve individual and team performance, adopting best practices.
• Uphold company core values, demonstrating high levels of integrity and leadership.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in high net worth personal lines account management or executive roles.
• Active required licensing.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong multi-tasking, organizational, delegation, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High accuracy in handling large volumes of work.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Adobe platform, Applied EPIC.
• Strong personal character, including a robust work ethic, positive attitude, and a willingness to assist others.
