Job Description

The National Sales Manager is responsible for growing sales in our Senior Products, throughout multiple sales channels by working with the company's largest national agency accounts, MGAs, and owned agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Travels to large distributors to meet with Executive Leadership and Agency Staff to further our market-share with those respective clients

Performs trainings to agency marketers and staff via webinar, zoom, telephone and in person

Calls on downline agents

Helps prepare and review marketing pieces, PPTs, and provides sales ideas to broader sales team

Provides guidance and leadership to others as internal SME in the Senior market

Serves as a role model within the sales organization, encouraging root cause problem solving, best practice sharing, and continuous improvement

Work closely with carrier partners to stay up-to-date on relevant plan components and features, and optimize the companys opportunities with carriers

Attend industry conferences to further Companys objectives within the market and attract new distribution

Support internal recruiting and contracting teams towards common goals

Oversee department operations

Coordinate with compliance leadership and outside SMEs to remain current on industry regulatory changes and updates.


4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)


7 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Compensation offered for this role is $99,000.00 - 127,200.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
