The Project Coordinator - Franchise Development is responsible for assisting in the project setup and tracking franchisee transactions, including new retail store buildouts, owner changes, remodels, and closures.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Setup new accounts and contacts in Salesforce
  • Create initial setup of project tracking in project software
  • Setup and remove user profiles for various vendors and internal systems
  • Process account and systems off-boarding in Salesforce and other systems
  • Process new store opening pre-written press releases
  • Assist with account project follow-up
  • Assist with new franchisee orientation
  • Coordinate, track, and submit claim vendor agreements
  • Confirm and track new project shipments
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Communicate work statuses, roadblocks, issues, and completion timelines
  • Partner with CPR teams to support growth initiatives
  • Communicate with internal cross-functional teams as needed
  • Crosstrain on key tasks to ensure continuity of projects
  • Support the Franchise Development team and the broader CPR Team as needed
  • Assist new and existing franchisees to open, rebrand, transfer, relocate, or close location(s)

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience in a relevant field (Mobile/Wireless)
  • Strong MS Office skills, including Excel skills
  • Ability to be initiative-taking, self-sufficient, and utilize available tools to solve problems
  • Effective oral and written communication abilities
  • Strong planning, organization, and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders
  • Resilience, with the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
  • Salesforce knowledge preferred


Pay Range

$22.61 - $37.32

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience, and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
