Considering the nature of sales, our compensation package is designed to be competitive. We offer a strong base salary of $45,000, a generous commission structure (with the potential to increase your base salary, earn 10% on premiums sold, and additional bonuses), and uncapped earning potential, typically falling within the range of $75,000 to $100,000. Essential Job Functions
- Using the proven tools and resources of ALPS marketing and other support services, maximize opportunities to sell insurance policies to law firms that best fit ALPS’ target market of nationwide prospects to grow our business profitability.
- Prospect new business through direct outbound sales and generate a client base for on-going follow-up.
- Create a network and build relationships using ALPS technology and telephone communications.
- Opportunity to cross sell other ALPS products when applicable.
- Maintain and distribute records and database for new sales, renewals and other information.
- Attends State Bar and other conventions, meetings and other networking opportunities.
- Performs other duties/responsibilities and attends meetings as necessary and assigned by management.
