ALPS is committed to its expansion across the nation, and as a result, we are currently seeking experienced salespeople who are dedicated to meeting the malpractice insurance needs of small law firms and solo attorneys on a national scale.

We are looking for individuals with a proven track record in sales, possessing a positive mindset, resilience, and self-discipline to excel in various outbound sales activities, including prospecting calls, email campaigns, pipeline development, and closing deals. Our management philosophy emphasizes the importance of recruiting the right individuals from the start, equipping them with the tools they need for success, and granting them the autonomy to shape their own path while leveraging their innate sales abilities.

In today's context, there is a growing demand among skilled professionals for career opportunities that emphasize their input, share a collective drive for success with colleagues, and recognize their contributions. ALPS Malpractice Insurance embodies these qualities and is nationally acknowledged as a forward-thinking and innovative insurance provider, celebrated as a top workplace, with its headquarters located in Missoula, Montana. When you consider the stability and intelligence associated with a career in the insurance industry, ALPS becomes a compelling option worth exploring.

Considering the nature of sales, our compensation package is designed to be competitive. We offer a strong base salary of $45,000, a generous commission structure (with the potential to increase your base salary, earn 10% on premiums sold, and additional bonuses), and uncapped earning potential, typically falling within the range of $75,000 to $100,000. Additionally, ALPS provides its employees with a comprehensive benefits package in line with its reputation as an employer of choice. This package includes benefits such as Lifestyle Spending Account, paid time off, paid parental leave, a 6% 401k matching program, and workplace flexibility.
