Description: Two job positions open, commercial and personal lines.
Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service which would include quoting, policy changes, Evidence and Certificates of Insurance. Policy coverage and billing questions.

Account Manager Requirements
- P&C license
- Experience preferred
- Applied management system
- Demonstrate skill in all aspects of professionally managing an existing commercial and personal lines book of business
- Rewrite and relationship building
- Agency Billing experience (a plus)
Account Manager Responsibilities
- Process changes and report claims for current clients
- Provide certificates and evidence of insurance
- Answer client questions and support policy changes
