Job Summary:

The A&H Medicare Sales Associate Manager is responsible forleading, coaching and development of team members to hit specific sales goals.The SalesAssociate Managerdirects the teams focus, sets goals, analyzes data, and creates training opportunities, and is responsible for overall agent job satisfaction and assessment of sales work environment, sales programs taking the temperature of the sales culture, contests, gage how well various internal sales programs are working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly supervises approximately 15 20 sales agents
  • Runs sales reports for daily morning meetings with Sales Director
  • Provides one-on-one coaching for new agents and low performing agents
  • Writes all PIPs, works closely with HR, and other involved department heads if necessary, and seeks final approval from Sales Director
  • Fields all team questions daily (available on the floor at least 25% of the time)
  • Develops new team members on team standards and performance expectations
  • Recommends hires/terminations/disciplinary actions
  • Partners with training to identify product, compliance, sales training topics
  • Independently develops daily contests to boost morale of sales team
  • Acts as HealthCompare representative of the Sales Department with appointed affiliate partners
  • Addresses and troubleshoots all complaints, dealing directly with customers, QA, Operations and Sales Director for prompt resolution

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

General Lines L&H License or the ability to acquire within 60 days of hire

Compensation offered for this role is$49,200.00-$67,650.00 per yearand is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
