The Eastern Region Account Relationship Manager (ARM) is a retail product and participation program expert that aids existing direct agent and sellers in maximizing all ADS product and program participation while focusing on account retention by providing both internal and external training and sales support. They are the primary point of contact for ADS supporting direct agents and sellers to maximize production and profits with all ADS programs. ARM lead a coordinated growth strategy for their assigned territory. This request is to backfill the position and return the Eastern Region Sales team to full staff. TRAVEL REQUIRED- This role will require 50% Travel.Key Responsibilities:
- Primary support for existing and actively producing assigned agencies within the East Region
- Serve as sales support for new dealer account acquisitions with assigned agencies within the East Region
- Facilitate access to Allstate resources as requested
- Creating and tracking performance to a strategic business plan to help grow all assigned agencies in their respective markets
- Assist assigned agencies to develop strategic business plans, identify issues and recommend plans for resolution
- Onboard all newly signed agency acquisitions
This job does not have supervisory duties.Education and Experience:
- Associate degree in Business Administration
- 5 or more years of related experience
- Presentation Development and Delivery
- Business Planning
- Proficient with Microsoft Programs including Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook and Excel
- Business Consulting
- Sales Performance and Data Analysis
- Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills

Compensation offered for this role is$80,600.00-$110,825.00 per yearand is based on experience and qualifications.
