As a Comparion Insurance sales agent, youll have the flexibility to develop a lucrative career by providing customers with the Auto, Home and Life insurance products from Liberty Mutual and other carriers as needed.

* Up to $5,000 Sign on Bonus for new candidates that have an active P&C and/or Life License as an Insurance Agent.
- $2,500 if you hold an active P&C License
- $2,500 if you hold an active Life License
- Not licensed? If you independently pursue getting your P&C and/or Life license prior to your start and show proof of passingscores, you will be eligible for this bonus as well. Note, there is no requirement to obtain your licenses before you start work. Unlicensed candidates will be enrolled in a new hire training class once they begin working for Comparion. The training includes a licensing training program in which Comparion covers the cost of training materials and exam fees.

- Previous employment in a sales representative role where you have successfully turned prospects into customers
- A state insurance licenseor willingness to earn one with Liberty Mutuals training and supportin Property & Casualty, and Life
- Effective written, oral communication and presentation skills
- Well-developed persuasion and negotiation skills
- Great interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build rapport with prospective and existing customers
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines
- Familiarity with finding, building and growing leads and customer base
- High School Degree with relevant sales experience
