Job Summary:

As an Under 65 Group Sales Representative, you will help support those in need of Group coverage. You will apply your insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase the customers understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calling, presenting, and selling Group Insurance products across an array of carriers
  • Calling on Provided Leads, developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs and market appropriate product and services
  • Achieving sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling products
  • Establishing client relationships and following up with customers as needed
  • Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance products
  • Maintaining a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day
  • Providing a positive customer experience

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • At Least 2+ years of successful sales experience
  • Must be Actively Licensed in General Lines Life & Health
  • Previous Group Sales Experience Required

  • Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) speakers are needed, however, this is not a requirement

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive Base Salary in addition to the Under 65 Group Sales Representative Incentive Plan
  • Incentive Plan available upon meeting sales goals

Compensation offered for this role is$31,200 -$37,100 Base + Incentive Planand is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
