Job Summary:

Client manager is responsible for retaining, identifying, and selling opportunities for additional lines of business with large size accounts (> 2000 EE). Individual manages book of business, develops, and executes strategies for assigned accounts to achieve retention and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develops and executes strategies for assigned accounts to achieve retention and growth targets.
Ensuring prompt issues resolution for existing accounts
Educating clients on AS products and value proposition to expand client relationship (share of wallet)
Develops relationships with assigned clients and the producer (broker/consultant) of the account
Establishes internal partnerships to ensure prompt resolution to any issues may become aware of during discussions.
Holds regular discussions with decisions makers at large accounts to educate on market trends and associate needs based on in depth market knowledge.
Develops and executes strategy for large account portfolio retention and growth.
Help implement and support the corporate strategy
Provide feedback on changes in the marketplace

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This job does not have supervisory duties.

Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience confirmed
5 or more years of related experience

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Life and Health insurance licenses
Professional designations such as CLU and ChFC are desireable

Functional Skills:

Experience selling voluntary benefits
Demonstrated ability optimizing customer retention
Strong focus on customer service
Developed and mature conflict resolution skills
Demonstrated ability to grow portfolio over a period of time

Compensation offered for this role is$68,300 - $95,000and is based on experience and qualifications.This role is eligible for bonus, andmonthly connectivity reimbursement to offset the costs of internet and phone expenses.We provide a full benefits package, 401k as well as a defined contribution pension, and expense account.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
