Job Summary:

The HR Compensation Senior Consultant is responsible for delivering and leading core compensation initiatives to internal clients by applying professional judgement, knowledge, and experience. The HR Compensation Senior Consultant will focus on analysis work, such as overseeing the competitive analysis process or technology projects. The position may act in a supporting role with consulting larger departments but can also lead the consulting of medium size departments. The individual will work with team members and leaders to participate in the implementation, management, and development of innovative solutions that support business unit strategy and design by applying thought leadership and their subject matter expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Leads core compensation functions such as job evaluation, benchmarking, and competitive analysis
Manages relationships with large and complex client groups to institutionalize compensation philosophies and provide ongoing consultation
Develops compensation practices/policies that are cost effective, competitive, and assist in attracting/retaining/motivating quality employees
Develops quantitative and qualitative analysis from trend data to draw conclusions to support drive business results
Leads compensation design and options related to broad-based, sales, specialty, and/or international compensation
Analyzes and communicates compensation trends to assess and review compensation practices
Manages the development and implementation of key technology initiatives and enhancements
Conducts analysis and interprets results
Provides assistance/guidance in the development of junior members of the team

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
3 or more years of related experience

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Functional Skills:

Intermediate to advance knowledge of the Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel
Advanced analytical skills
Intermediate to advance project management skills
Advanced knowledge in compensation
Intermediate to advance time management skills including ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize and organize
Ability to establish, manage, and leverage relationships with internal and external partners
Creative thinking and problem-solving

Compensation offered for this role is$68,500.00-$110,000 per yearand is based on experience and qualifications.
