American National seeks an Associate Market Manager to be responsible for planning and overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns and programs that directly support expansion and growth of the organization's products, services, and support for the field. If you have experience with social media marketing, digital advertising, or reputation management software, we encourage you to apply! In this role, you will enjoy a supportive team and a hybrid schedule out of our Springfield, MO or Galveston, TX office.

How You Will Make An Impact
• Creates a comprehensive project or campaign plan that supports the organization's key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.
• Secures budgets for each project, forecasting and managing project expenses during the execution.
• Provides direction to the project team during the execution through kickoff and regular status meetings with the creative team, technical resources, outside vendors, marketing operations, and other key stakeholders.
• Reviews the results of programs/campaigns and creates project adjustments or new projects to enhance those results.
• Participates in regular presentations as well as written communications to socialize the status and results of new and existing campaigns and programs. Audiences could include internal stakeholders or the field.
• Develops the content for the field to instruct them on marketing systems and processes, developing their own marketing plans for execution, etc.
• Maintains the regular project status and supporting documentation on Agent Central.
• Stays up to date on the company's legal and compliance policies and procedures to ensure projects and programs are executed accordingly.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with key strategic vendors and internal partners.

Qualifications
• Associate's degree
• Two or more years of experience.
