WHAT WE ARE SEEKING

We have assignments available to help our retail broker clients in Commercial Lines Account Manager or Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Small Business Unit positions.  Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a book of business for small commercial business unit including reviewing coverages, negotiating terms, conditions, and premiums.
  • Renewing and marketing accounts.
  • Communicating with clients and carriers daily.
  • Working with numerous producers.
  • Creating master certificates.
  • Providing additional support to internal team as well as client base.
  • Coordinating with assistant on various tasks such as reviewing policy for accuracy; following up on endorsements; issuing certificates of insurance, etc.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment and possess strong organizational and time management skills.
