Duties & Responsibilities

Your #1 goal as Private Client Group Personal Lines Sales Executive is to drive new sales. Generating referrals is vital to connecting with affluent clientele.

  • Ability to create strong relationships and build centers of influence with referral sources (attorneys, wealth advisors, bankers, realtors, and so forth).
  • Serve as an advisor to clients throughout the sales process. Discuss marketing and pricing options, review coverage gaps, and analyze claims history. Continue to serve as a consultant to ensure the client’s changing risk management needs are being addressed.

Skills & Experience

  • At least three (3) years of prior sales experience in personal lines insurance. Provided you have local market knowledge & existing relationships, the agency can train you on high net worth personal lines if you come from a middle market background.
  • Desire to learn the unique characteristics of private client group networking, marketing, and carrier negotiations.
  • Proven track record of developing referral relationships that produce results.
  • Desire to continue building a sales career.
