This program is designed to help you start and grow your career in Sales at Allstate. Here we work on how to establish a target customer base by embracing best practices in sales and customer relationship-building.

  • On the job experience You will regularly meet with customers to drive production and achieve results in a virtual space. You will collaborate to create techniques used to make connections in your community to generate sales and develop a network of referrals. Through hands-on work, you will gain valuable experience and insight into insurance sales at Allstate!

  • Formal learning You will receive robust educational materials for your summer internship to learn sales terminology, organizational structures, and business objectives.

  • Social Learning You will have an opportunity to collaborate with other interns across the enterprise, leveraging video conferencing, MS Teams, daily engagement activities, roundtables, networking sessions & much more!

This internship is not available to students living in the following states during the time of your internship: AK, CA, CT, FL, HI, LA, MA, MI, MN, NJ, NV, NY, WI, WY.

Job Qualifications

Intern Qualifications

  • Pursuing Bachelors degree
  • Current Sophomore or Junior
  • Involved in student organizations or extracurricular activities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including ability to follow-up with leads
  • Strong work ethic, focus on details and take initiative
  • Effective time management and organization skills with a proven ability to multi-task
  • Must be comfortable being actively involved in your community and utilizing influential skills to grow and bring in new customers

Compensation offered for this role isand is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
