Position Title: Commercial Account Manager – Fully Remote
Position Summary: Provides exemplary customer service and satisfaction to clients by managing book of business. Helping clients with any of their servicing needs, answering incoming correspondence and phone, managing and documenting client’s files, researching customer concerns, quoting, creating proposals, and processing/sending mail.
Must be licensed in California.
Must have 3+ years of commercial insurance experience.
Experience with EPIC Software by Applied.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to project a positive attitude.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with accurate results.
Self-motivated and directed.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Keep renewal schedule on track, driving high retention.
Make sure all certificate requirements are carefully reviewed before creating and sending certificates.
Perform coverage reviews.
Quote commercial auto, work comp, property, bops, IM, and E&S carriers.
Help review clients’ audits to ensure accuracy.
Claim and billing assistance.
Create new and renewal submissions accurately.
Invoicing and transacting.
Maintaining appropriate service timelines on open activities.
Call underwriters to problem solve and classify business, as well as to follow up on submissions.

Location: Fully Remote
Pay Range: Salary commensurate with experience, with a range of $60,000-$90,000.
