  • Competitive Salary Range: $46,000 to $52,900 based upon qualifications and experience

  • Deliver a superior customer experience while consulting and counseling customers on NJM's Personal Lines products in a contact center environment.

  • Provide coverage options best suited to accommodate individual needs.

  • Generate new business growth through cross-selling and upselling.

  • Follow up on leads through outbound phone calls as defined by the sales process.

  • Demonstrate effective time management to achieve performance goals/targets.

  • Strong computer and navigation skills including proficiency in Outlook

  • Prior sales and/or contact center experience is beneficial

  • High speed Internet and a working home phone line

  • Quiet, distraction-free work area at home

  • High School Diploma or GE

  • Bilingual skills are valued

HOURS

  • First Shift: Monday-Friday 9:45am - 6:00pm & Saturday 8:30am - 4:45pm; with one Weekday & Sunday off with an additional 5% shift differential.

OR

  • Delayed Shift: Monday-Friday 12:45pm-9:00pm; plus 1 Saturday a month working 8:30am - 4:45pm with an additional 15% shift differential.
