Account Manager – Personal Lines / Commercial Lines

TWFG Insurance is one of the largest privately held independent insurance agencies in the country and is headquartered in The Woodlands, TX. TWFG represents over 200 insurance carriers and is licensed to do business in 49 states.

An Account Manager is responsible for servicing and maintaining an existing book of business. This position involves significant phone work and requires excellent phone etiquette and solid interpersonal skills. The main focus of this position is to provide excellent customer service, which promotes the growth and profitability of TWFG.

• Servicing current TWFG branch clients.
• Process policy changes, renewals, and other requests.
• Quote & bind policy renewals and new business.
• Maintain exceptional customer relationships clients and agents.
• Stay current on carrier appetites and product availability.
• Identify customer needs and promote product solutions.
• Positively promote and represent the TWFG brand.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a current Texas General Lines Agent – Property & Casualty license.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of independent agency experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and personable phone skills.
• Adaptability with strong talent for managing multiple projects.
• Commercial Lines and/or Life & Health experience is Preferred.
