Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Sales Sourceris responsible for passive searches of candidates and is aligned to a client group that hires independent business owners. The accountabilities for this type of sourcing include implementation of a strategic sourcing plan, which includes industry research, competitive intelligence, customized email, internet forums, LinkedIn campaigns, interactive social media, cold-calling and building networks to ensure that theres a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates. The accountabilities may also include database mining of in-house tools such as ATS and CRM, internet searches, resume searching, and prescreening targeted potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiates the development of search strategy, including construction target lists, researching of candidate profiles and matching necessary competencies to experience, utilizing internal/external resources, market intelligence, and proprietary databases,
Monitor and track industry happenings, competitor intelligence and corporate events specific to function
Ability to achieve results and meet goals in challenging labor market through creative sourcing approaches
Maintain the integrity of candidate management databases
Implements traditional, creative and targeted search/marketing strategies
Develop subject matter expertise regarding functionality and searching optimization
Assists in leveraging social media outlets for posting, pipelines and building Allstate's brand
Participates in ad-hoc projects aligned with TA and/or organization strategies and goals
Understands job requirements; strong knowledge of skills and abilities (competencies)
Ability to anticipate business needs and adjust sourcing strategies on a regular basis on market trends
Evaluate sourcing techniques to determine effectiveness based on data, efficiency, and feedback

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
3or more years of related experience sourcing independent business owners or sales professionals with proven successful track record

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Certifications in recruitment, human resources, or recruitment marketing

Functional Skills:

Strong understanding of core sourcing and business processes, sales skills, and competitor/industry practices
High-volume search experience in a corporate environment preferred
Client relationship skills with the ability to communicate proactively and consistently
Professional with organizational and communication skills
Analytical thinking, project management, problem solving, and a creative mindset
Advanced time management skills including ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize and organize
Embraces and effectively navigates change
Utilizes data to inform actions to reach desired client outcomes; leverages data and a continuous improvement mindset to drive own performance and career development
Strong commitment to operational excellence


Compensation range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000per year, based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
