Job Description SummaryWe are currently recruiting for a Learning and Development Consultant to join our team in London on a 12 month FTC basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in an insurance background and in a similar role.
You will work with the Learning lead and business to identify the best learning solutions to meet business needs. You will also work collaboratively with peers, management and internal clients to conduct needs analysis, as well as supporting short and long-term business objectives through blended learning strategies.
On a day to day basis you will;
Act as the learning system administrator and subject matter expert/consultant for setups.
Coordinate assembly and production of instruction material.
Extract learning data and reports on learning outcomes; compiles and prepares usage reports for management review. Evaluates/analyses data and communicates results.
Coordinate training calendar for designated locations.
Assess and develop long-term learning strategies and initiatives for identified needs, with management oversight.
Working with the Learning Lead, support learning strategy by developing, facilitating and measuring programmes/curriculum to enhance productivity for business and support the business and people strategy.
Evaluate the results of learning, determines effectiveness and recommends appropriate alternatives.
Work with peers to identify areas where common training solutions can be leveraged across businesses.
Working with the Learning Lead, support the development of train-the-trainer tools and modules to prepare subject matter experts to deliver programs.
Provide subject matter consultative support for training programs in regards to the technical system set-up to maximize user experience while simultaneously capturing learning data at maximum efficiency on the back-end.
You will need;
