GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Sales Development Manager is responsible for building market position with area agencies by understanding how the agents do business and what needs are important to them and then moving forward with selling the features and benefits of FPI. Additional areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to: * Conducting Sales Calls using a Consultative Sales approach
*Agency Management (collecting profile information, contact management , competitive intelligence and territory reviews)
*Maintaining sales call logs into database
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Must have experience with homeowner’s insurance and hold a 4-40 license.
2-5 Professional Sales Experience with a proven track of sales achievement.
Must be detail oriented with solid organization, time-management and multi-tasking skills.
Must have strong written & oral communication skills
Must have good presentation skills
Must have strong computer skills (MS Office)
Education Requirements
College degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have valid Driver’s License
