Deliver a superior customer experience while consulting and counseling customers on NJM’s Personal Lines products in an inbound contact center environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide coverage options best suited to accommodate individual needs.
- Generate new business growth through cross-selling and upselling.
- Follow up on leads through outbound phone calls as defined by the sales process.
- Demonstrate effective time management to achieve performance goals/targets.
Requirements REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Bilingual skills are valued
HOURS
- Monday-Saturday 9:30/9:45am-6:00pm (Sun/Wed, Sun/Thurs, Sun/Fri Off)
OR
- Monday-Friday Delayed 12:30/12:45pm-9:00pm with an additional 15% shift differential
