Job Description

The HR Inclusive Diversity Sales Recruiting Lead Consultant manages the National Agency and Producer Recruiting Teams Inclusive Diversity recruiting strategy, process and needs, and develops the marketing strategy to communicate the value proposition of the team internally and externally. The Lead Consultant administers, organizes and implements ongoing programs, manages established and develops new external partnerships, and supports the execution of the recruiting teams events. The ideal candidate is a business leader with expertise developing and communicating Inclusive Diversity recruiting strategies and influence stakeholders by using internal and external benchmarking. The role may also have direct reports and handles day to day operations related to those relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruiting strategy and calendar for Inclusive Diversity.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with external vendors and organizations to attract diverse talent into the pipeline, including developing a college recruiting strategy.
  • Function as an internal inclusive diversity consultant to assess, measure, and enhance the diversity performance of the National Agency and Producer recruiting team.
  • Market the value proposition of Inclusive Diversity internally and externally.
  • Lead, manage, and/or collaborate on all Inclusive Diversity communication projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Define, develop and provide diversity information and analysis to drive the decision-making process and support business operations for internal and external candidates.
  • Recommend process and strategy work to implement programs that improve our external ranking positions.
  • Leverage deep diversity knowledge gained through external benchmarking and candidate survey work to:
    • Function as an internal inclusive diversity consultant to assess, measure, and enhance the diversity performance of the organization.
    • Recommend process and strategy work to implement programs that improve our external ranking positions.
    • Work as a business expert, identifying opportunities to partner with leaders to support the organization's business goals and objectives


Education and Experience

  • 5+ years related experience
  • Bachelors degree preferred

Functional Skills

  • Knowledge and experience in leadership and business
  • Demonstrates clear, concise and effective oral and written communication skills. Includes presentation, business writing, relationship management
  • Ability to think strategically, conceptually, analytically and creatively
  • Advanced project management skills
  • Proficient computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage time


Compensation range for this position is from $76,000- $120,000per year, based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
