This wholesale distribution holding company presently owns several Program Administrators/MGAs under their umbrella. This growing Transportation MGA/GA/Wholesale Agent offers a number of opportunities for talented Underwriters who are eager to grow professionally and achieve new levels.
They have immediate need for the following:
- Transportation Underwriter
- Could be from carrier or wholesale brokerage. Long haul underwriting experience.
- Excess Transportation Underwriter
- Delivery/local
- Wholesale Broker with a book looking to move to a new and growing platform.
They have a number of markets for Trucking both GA market and in-house programs as well as many APD/Cargo both proprietary and brokerage markets.
Senior Excess Transportation Commercial Underwriter Summary
- Binding authority
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Excess Trucking Underwriter at an MGA or insurance company
- Develop the business of an assigned group of wholesale agents
- Produce a minimum of $250,000 in premiums per year
- Quarterly traveling to main office will be required
