About the Role

We are seeking a high-energy, client relationship-driven professional to help continue and further develop the client’s position in the private secondary school student insurance market.

The Senior Account Executive is primarily focused on key private secondary school personnel in the Health Center, Business Office, and Admissions office. Through regular visits, phone calls, and research, the SAE develops a deep understanding of the school’s mission, programs, calendar, and their resulting student insurance needs. The position is a remote-based position, preferably on the East Coast.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensures the school’s needs are consistently met
  • Proactively facilitates delivery of solutions, initiatives, and materials
  • Identifies/develops growth opportunities with existing clients (i.e. enrollment, ancillary products, referrals)
  • Broker/Association relationships –develops and maintains partnerships

Skills & Experience

  • 4-year bachelor’s degree
  • 7-10 years of experience working in a health insurance brokerage, carrier, or related business to business experience including calling on senior executives
  • Experience working in/with private secondary schools. (heath services background a plus)
  • Expertise in all aspects of student insurance plans (product) and processes (enrollment, claims, etc.)
  • Heart of service – Actively seeks ways to serve the client more/better


$95,000 to $105,000 + 8% bonus target
