We are a well established, fast paced independent agency looking for a highly capable personal lines agent for an inside sales/service position in our Winter Park office. We offer excellent salary, bonus options and benefits commensurate with ability. We are a family business that operates as a team to ensure that our clients are taken care of.
Requirements:
- Must have an active 440, 2044, or 220 License. Life license a bonus (214 / 215), but not a requirement.
- Applied Epic experience a bonus, but not a requirement.
- Experience in a personal lines agency.
- Professional phone and in person presence with great people skills.
- Florida specific product and company knowledge.
- Organization and ability to work in a paperless environment.
- Dependability and trustworthy.
- Must be able to analyze risks and determine what would be in the best interest for the client and be able to explain risk assessment to clients.
