Customer Service Representative / Producer

Requirements

• 2+ YEARS INSURANCE PROPERTY & CASUALTY SALES EXPERIENCE
• 4-40 or 2-20 license
• Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)
• Proficient with quoting auto insurance
• Have a friendly disposition and a positive attitude
• Organized and possess strong attention to detail
• Confident, self-starter who has the ability to work independently and prioritize workload
• Professional phone etiquette
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Accurate data entry skills, including moving between multiple computer screens while entering data
• Must have good attendance, be punctual, and honest
• Homeowners and Commercial experience a plus!

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to all customers
• Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
• Maintain files and obtain all necessary documents and supporting information
• Manage all Cross Sale Opportunities
• Work as a team to procure new business, renewal retention, reinstatements
• Anticipate future needs of the policyholder by developing a relationship with the client
• Process Tag and Title work

Hours: Our agency is open Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Employees alternate working on Saturdays.
