About the Role

The Regional Sales Director role is an opportunity to show off your leadership, mentoring, and sales skills. The ideal candidate is going to be someone motivated to work with a new generation of sales professionals that need someone to show them the ins and outs of creating a successful sales platform in the ever-changing world of group employee benefit programs.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee assigned territory, which will include inside and outside sales staff, along with client service and marketing
  • Provide sales forecasts for the team, along with oversight and monitoring weekly and monthly progress
  • Recruit, train, and develop additional sales staff throughout the territory from time to time
  • Maintain high level contact with major accounts for escalated issues and strategic discussions

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record of sales success, with previous sales management a huge plus
  • In-depth understanding of group life and health products
  • Existing broker relationships in the territory a huge plus

Compensation & Benefits

$115-120,000 + bonus and commission + full benefits package
