Job Description
We are currently seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for our growing Workgrid sales organization. Enterprise Account Executives will use their extensive experience and well-honed consultative selling skills to facilitate the prospective customer's journey through the evaluation and buying process. They are accountable for meeting a quarterly quota, proactive deal management, forecast accuracy, and driving adoption/usage with prospects in collaboration with internal teams.
Responsibility
Ownership of the full sales cycle from initial discovery to close
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual bookings targets. Through the management and execution of the Workgrid sales process
Manage and close Workgrid enterprise sales opportunities through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning
Identify, engage and close a book of named logos
Collaborate and work with different members of the Accounts team (Technical Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, Leadership, etc.) to build strategic adoption plans for customers
Provide recommendations based on customer's organizational goals, project timelines and usage
Identify customer needs and collaborate with Workgrid teammates to ensure customer success with special emphasis on signup, upgrade, and renewal
Communicate and organize/escalate issues appropriately including: billing, legal, security, onboarding, and technical inquiries
Qualifications
3+ years selling software to Enterprise Accounts
Relevant sales experience with another software as a service or cloud-based company
Experience managing a pipeline and closing large contracts
Excellent communication skills both with customers and within an organization
Proven negotiation and closing skills
Strong track record of navigating within mid-market and enterprise organizations
Ability to develop senior level relationships quickly and effectively
