Sales Support Representative
We are seeking a Sales Support Representative to work for a dynamic specialty insurance organization focused on market niches. The successful candidate should possess the ability to work independently, be proactive and be a self-starter. This positon reports directly to the Vice President and will support 5 Outside Territory Sales Representatives.
-Assist in the execution of detailed sales campaigns
-Trouble shoot various data and licensing issues
-Complete new customer set-up forms and follow established on-boarding procedures
-Foster customer relationships through timely processing of change requests
-Assist in supporting our Outside Territory Representatives
-Handling and distributing incoming sales related phone and email traffic
PREFERRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:
-Minimum 3 years office experience
-Experience in CRM software, Microsoft Office product suite and data mining techniques
-Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written
-Insurance experience beneficial, but not required.
