Job Description:


We are currently seeking a Enterprise Software Sales Engineer for our growing Workgrid sales organization. You will work with multiple prospects and customers in a day providing consulting, technical implementation and demos of Workgrid. You will also partner with our account executives to understand and align with our customers needs, develop the technical success criteria to win a deal, complete POC's and consult on their Intelligent Workplace transformation. We are extremely responsive and available to ensure our prospects and customers have an amazing experience with Workgrid.

Responsibilities:

  • Use case discovery. Work with customers and prospects to deeply understand the proposed use case and propose solutions using the Workgrid Software

  • Demo ninja. Deliver in-depth and dynamic technical product demos to prospects at all levels of an organization.

  • Technical subject matter expert. Support the sales cycle through the elimination of technical objections and build rapport with various teams inside a prospective customers organization.

  • Multi-tasking and prioritization. Balance supporting multiple Account Executives and multiple sales cycles.

  • Prove customer value. Where necessary deliver proofs of concept and pilots to demonstrate the value of the Workgrid software.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • Bachelors Degree or better

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a technology company and demonstrable success working in a customer-facing role

  • Hands-on, technical, problem solver

  • Excellent technical depth in the areas of enterprise technologies, security and software as well as development tools like JavaScript, node, and SAML/SSO

  • Ability to work with, connect to and influence people across a technical buying process

  • Able to travel periodically as the job requires
