CastleWise Insurance Group is growing! We are looking to add an experienced and energetic personal lines producer. This position will report to the Personal Lines Manager and will focus on cross-selling our existing customer base and creating new relationships. The risks and coverages are complex, but the reward is worth it!
Responsibilities
- Prospecting, soliciting, quoting and selling new personal lines accounts.
- Creates and maintains client or prospect lists.
- Designs insurance plans and recommends coverages to clients. Surveys loss exposures, needs, and possible uninsurable or difficult to insure exposures for clients.
- Creates insurance proposals, makes sales presentations to prospective and existing clients on new and renewal business. Completes and submits applications and related documentation to appropriate insurance markets.
Key Attributes
- Experience and understanding of personal lines risks and Florida forms
- 3+ years of experience working within an independent agency
- Florida 2-20 license
- Experience using Applied Epic and Applied Quotes is a plus
