Our sales agents thrive with a constant flow of new eager insurance buyers responding to our continual $50,000 plus per month marketing campaign. Western Gold spends over a half million dollars per year providing our sales agents with ready insurance buyers. There is no "cold calling", working evenings or weekends. Just the ideal working environment, high speed internet with dual monitors, wireless headsets, and stand-up desks (and socially distanced). Western Gold owns its own office building which provides a unique quality, secure working environment with high quality very large break and lounge areas.

Base compensation will be $20-$50 per hour based on hourly pay, commission, and sales bonuses. Benefits for full time status: Health insurance after 90 days paid, 2 weeks paid vacation, paid holidays and sick pay.

Remote part-time agents will be set up with a wireless headphone and dual monitors at their home office. These agents will answer new sales calls from our target mail responders. Note: our agents close 1.29 sales per call because our target mail quotes are so accurate with the best price. Callers are ready to buy immediately on their first call! We quote the home or rental property so there is huge opportunity to cross-sell other lines of business and get referrals. We’ve electronically shopped our 100 carriers and provided the lowest best price and best coverage. Western Gold offers a generous commission structure with an unlimited earning potential.
