Life Insurance Case Manager Leader

Combining technology and the human touch they map a large variety of insurance products and companies enabling a seamless and transparent to match people with appropriate coverage. This young, growing, data driven and technology oriented broker is looking for a talented and experienced Life Insurance Case Manager Lead to add to their team in Kansas City or New York.

This player-coach role requires a hands on approach and ability to introduce and implement new processes and tools – in order to help the company meet its day to day goals as well as to scale its operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead the case management team while making sure we meet the company’s goals – on both team and individual level
• Provide daily coaching, supervision and balancing of workload among team members
• Manage your own caseload, handle client escalations and vendor issues

Skills & Experience

• A bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of relevant work experience; previous management or player-coach experience required
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise and workflow mastery in case management
• Must feel comfortable working in a technological environment
• Capacity to prioritize workload and work in fast-paced environment
• A teamwork mindset – take ownership of your work AND your team’s success, and take initiative

Compensation

$65,000-$75,000
