California Product Manager - Homeowners/Personal Lines

Our firm has been retained by an “A” rated, growing carrier who is ranked among Fortune’s top 100 places to work in the U.S. as voted on by employees.  They have a newly created, very unique Personal Lines Product Leadership position that will lead the product management of all personal lines products for California, which is the company's largest state.  This position will have full P&L ownership and strategic responsibilities of the state, as well as assisting to direct the entire product management organization.  This position will have leadership responsibilities helping to lead overall product management for the organization.  This high-profile position is an opportunity to have significant impact and direct change in a low bureaucratic environment.  There is strong opportunity for career advancement as well.
